Power of the Most High

The Holy Spirit is the power of the Most High. 

Many times in the Bible when God wants to do a miracle, the Holy Spirit is there and provides the substance of the miracle. In Luke we read that the Holy Spirit will cover Mary to create Jesus in her womb.

Luke 1:35 (NIV)

³⁵ The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.

Also when our enemies pursue us, the Power of the Most High imbues us to be able to accomplish the will of God. This is seen in 1Kings when the power of the Lord came upon Elijah. Supernaturally Elijah was able to do what he needed to.

1 Kings 18:46 (NIV)

The power of the Lord came on Elijah and, tucking his cloak into his belt, he ran ahead of Ahab all the way to Jezreel.

So no matter what you come up against in life, the Holy Spirit is a powerful provision that Lord Jesus
requisitioned to have sent to us from the Father. The Holy Spirit is willing and able to help us through all situations if we only stay submitted to the will of God the Father. The power of the Most High God is available to us! Oh how wonderful is the powerful Spirit of the Most High God!

Thank you Most High God for making your Holy Spirit available to us. Let us never doubt that the Holy Spirit is here to lend us aid in all of our situations no matter how bleak they may look. Never underestimate what miracles the power of the Holy Spirit can do in our lives.
